Direkt in der App (sofort)
- Öffne Pixoku oder Brainoku und tippe auf Einstellungen.
- Tippe auf Konto und dann auf Konto löschen.
- Bestätige die Löschung.
Dein Konto und dein in der Cloud gespeicherter Spielstand werden sofort und endgültig gelöscht. Auf deinem Gerät kannst du danach als Gast weiterspielen.
Ohne App: per E-Mail
Du hast die App nicht mehr? Schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du angemeldet warst (bei Anmeldung über Google, Apple oder Facebook: die Adresse dieses Kontos), und nenne das Spiel. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das.
Was gelöscht wird – und was nicht
Gelöscht: dein Benutzerkonto (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Nutzer-ID) und alle Cloud-Spielstände.
Nicht bei uns gespeichert: Käufe laufen über Google Play bzw. den App Store und bleiben dort erhalten („Käufe wiederherstellen“). Der Spielstand auf deinem Gerät bleibt, bis du die App deinstallierst. Eine Kopie für gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten gibt es für Spielkonten nicht.

In the app (immediately)
- Open Pixoku or Brainoku and tap Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and your cloud save are deleted immediately and permanently. You can keep playing as a guest on your device.
Without the app: by e-mail
No longer have the app? Write to us from the e-mail address you signed in with (for Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in: that account's address) and name the game. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it to you.
What is deleted – and what is not
Deleted: your user account (name, e-mail address, user ID) and all cloud saves.
Not stored by us: purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store and stay there ("Restore purchases"). The save on your device stays until you uninstall the app.
